Departure taxes from Costa Rica, $8 per person to be paid on the BCR website
Entry tax to Nicaragua $20 per person.

You must have:

Passport up to date, in good condition, and not soon to expire
Not have an impediment to leaving the country
Every minor must have a permit to leave the country.
